Forty Two.

You know when they say, “I wish I knew this when I was younger.” I wish the same, but it is never possible. We can only wish.

You have to go through life - all its joys, pains, and struggles to gain the knowledge and confidence you have. You have to live it. Every phase.

I’m still learning, but I have concluded…

Be true to yourself. People will talk negatively about you no matter what. The people who genuinely care about you will wish and hope for only the best for you. 

Give yourself a lot of grace. It’s OK if you can’t deliver. It’s OK if your house is always a mess. You don’t have to find an excuse. You know you are trying.

Focus on your own timeline. Don’t compare your life to someone else’s. It is not a contest. While you’re still working on your goals, celebrate what you have accomplished.

I will never forget that it’s not about me. I’m here because of God’s grace.
